If you would like to receive our newsletter, which is published mainly every other week during the academic year and monthly during the summer, send us your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address and we will add you to our mailing list. If you find you enjoy receiving it, we ask that you make a contribution to help defray the cost of producing and mailing it. Make a check for $25, $35, $50, or more (whatever you can afford) to UUFC, writing "Newsletter" on the memo line. If you no longer want to receive the newsletter, or recieve email on our list, simply send us an e-mail message (or call the office) and ask us to remove your name from our mailing list.

Submit a Newsletter Notice

Keep us informed about our own Fellowship programs, activities and events. Please understand that the purpose of our newsletter is to advertise UUFC and UU programs. Personal notices and community events are included on a space-available basis only.

What to include:

• the day, date, and time of the program.
• the frequency of the program.
• the location of the program.
• a brief description of the program.
• your name, telephone number, e-mail address.
• if possible, please send your notice in a Word file, in the font Comic Sans 12 point.

Your notice may not be included in the newsletter if any of the above information is omitted. Also, you must be a member (or contributing friend) of the UUFC community to submit a notice to our newsletter.

How to Submit a Newsletter Notice:

Submit your notice via an e-mail to the office by using the button below, sending a message to"office_a_uucorvallis.org" (substituting @ for _a_).

Reminders:

• Clear your program with the appropriate committee.
  (e.g., Adult Programs Committee, Social Concerns Committee, Social Justice Action Group, Religious Exploraton Committee, etc.)


• Fill out a room reservation form.
  Fill out a room reservation form and get approval from the office for the space you are requesting before you advertise your program. Fill out a room reservation form even if the program is not being held at UUFC: We use this form to update our on-line calendar and we want to include all our activities regardless of where they are held.


• Check newsletter deadlines.
  Check the "Events at UUFC" section of this website for newsletter deadlines to ensure that your newsletter notice is received in time to advertise your program.


• Resubmit your notice.
  People don't pay attention to something they've read before. If you want your notice to appear in more than one newsletter, resubmitt it with a new message.

Notes:

Members: to book space for a meeting or let us know about an offsite activity, please fill out a UUFC Function/Member Facility Reservation Request/Maintenance or Activity Notice.

• Those forms are stored with the calendar outside the office.
• Put completed forms in the Office Administrator's mailbox across from the calendar.
• Or download and complete this form and drop it off the next time you are at the Fellowship Facility Reservation Form PDF. We dont' take phone requests. Or you may fill out this Word form and email it to the Office Administrator Facility Reservation Form in Word.
