How We Operate

The Unitarian Universalist Board of Trustees manages the finances of our Fellowship and develops the administrative policies that guide and direct the organization.

The staff, because of its knowledge of the day-to-day needs and activities of the Fellowship, develops procedures for implementing the Board's policies.

Program and service development, however, falls mainly in the hands of Fellowship committees and volunteers, which are under the jurisdiction of the Program Council.
