Lise Adams Sherry, Intern Minister, 2010-2011

Lise Adams Sherry is the intern minister at UUFC September 2010 through May 2011. Born in Chicago and raised in Oregon, Lise has also lived in France and Vancouver, British Columbia. While in Canada, she became active in the Unitarian Universalist movement, received her call to ministry and began attending Vancouver School of Theology there. She is scheduled to graduate with her Masters of Divinity from Meadville Lombard Theological School in May 2011.

Lise has worked as a groundskeeper, legal secretary, waitress, teaching assistant, stay-at-home mom and dance instructor, and has a BA in the arts. Lise continues to enjoy the arts, traveling, volunteering at her children's schools, reading (!), the outdoors, learning about different cultures and recently completed her first sprint triathlon. She lives in Monmouth with her partner, two teenagers, two cats and a dog.
