Michael Molk, co-Director of Religious Education

Michael Molk grew up attending the 1st Unitarian Universalist Church of Columbus, Ohio. During high school, he was active in Liberal Religious Youth, the Unitarian Universalist youth group at that time. In the 1970's, he helped create and participate in the Linworth Alternative School, a successful cooperative public high school based on the Summerhill model. Michael studied music performance at Ohio State University. Over the years he has worked for numerous peace and social justice causes, including inter-religious coalitions providing sanctuary for refugees from El Salvador and Guatemala. Michael brings to the Fellowship his commitment to justice, his passion to create, his love of ideas, and his respect for others. Michael has served the Fellowship as Co-Director of Religious Exploration for nine years, since 2001.
